World Series-winning Pirates pitcher Bibby dead at 65

Community Funeral Home in Lynchburg said today that Jim Bibby died Tuesday night at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was a member of the Pirates team that won the 1979 World Series, starting two games, including the deciding seventh game.
