(Times Leader) The Sheetz chain of convenience stores is implementing a new “Pump First†card in an attempt to cut down on the number of gas thefts. Offered now in parts of West Virginia, Maryland and southern Virginia, the cards will be introduced later this summer in parts of Pennsylvania, including Luzerne County, said company spokeswoman Monica Jones.
